The hotel had a great pool, perfect for basking in the sun. It was situated near the beach and the sunsets were breathtaking. the Staff was friendly and offered excellent service, providing very good recommendations for the area. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices to choose from.
On some occasions, there were issues with cleanliness around the sunbed area on the beach. the hotel needed to improve its credit card services as this proved problematic during check-in.

The location of the hotel is great, with an easy walk to the nearby town for small shopping or restaurants. It's also close to the lake and in front of the beach. the hotel's breakfast is great, with a wide range of food to choose from and amazing coconut crème brulee. the lounge with a shelf of books and tourist guides in various languages is a plus.
The hotel's restaurant is quite expensive, and the prices don't match the quality of the food.

We had a lovely romantic escape and enjoyed the peaceful location. The staff were extremely helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious and we particularly appreciated the local dishes on offer.
The wifi was only available in specific areas of the hotel, which made it difficult to stay connected and plan our days. while the water pressure was good, it did fluctuate and made it challenging to have a consistent hot shower.

We had a truly luxurious stay with exclusive amenities at this hotel. the outdoor swimming pool had breath-taking views of the beach, where we had access to the sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the garden area was well-maintained and added to the tranquil vibe. the infinity pool was stunning, and we enjoyed the live entertainment while sipping on cocktails at the bar/lounge area. the breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of options.
The only negative experience that we encountered was that the service charge at the restaurant was quite expensive. Nonetheless, the quality of the food and the dinner ambiance at the poolside snack bar made up for it.
